Chinese Government Scholarship Enrollment Prospectus of HRBNU

Harbin Normal University (HRBNU)

This is admission office of Harbin Normal University China. This year, Chinese Scholarship Council grants scholarship to Middle and East European countries. We are one of host universities. In terms of scholarship, it grants students free tuition, free accommodation, free books and money per month as well. Students will learn Chinese language for 6 months or one year.  I wondered if students in your university have interested in this program. The only payment of students is to pay international tickets.
