If you speak Bulgarian, but do not have a document to certify this, you have the right to take exams at the Department of Language and Specialized Training for Foreign Students at Plovdiv University “Paisii Hilendarski” and upon successful completion you will receive a certificate that gives you the right to apply at each Bulgarian university.

YOU SHOULD KNOW!

If you are an EU citizen or you have dual citizenship, one of which is Bulgarian, you are eligible to enter contest (by taking university entrance exams or submitting documents) under the terms and conditions established for Bulgarian citizens.
