International Conference on Zoology and Zoonoses October 26-28, 2016, Hissar, Bulgaria
We would like to thank everyone who made registration for the International Conference on Zoology and Zoonoses! Until now we have received Registration forms by participants from 10 countries –Bulgaria, Serbia, Republic of Macedonia, Romania, Greece, Turkey, Hungary, Albania, Montenegro and Latvia.
Registration Fees
The registration fees for the International Conference on Zoology and Zoonoses are detailed below.

The prices are in Bulgarian Leva (BGN); official exchange rate: 1 Euro=1.9558 BGN.
People, who wish to stay in the hotel only for one night, should arrive at the conference venue on time for registration on 27 October 2016.
Student registration should be accompanied by an appropriate document confirming the student’s status (a letter from the head of department scanned and sent to zoology50@gmail.com)
Participants are welcome to have accompanying persons with them.
Money transfers can be accepted until 31 July 2016. Payments at the conference registration desk are not admissible.
The registration fee for participants covers:
- Admission to all sessions
- Conference materials
- Book of Abstracts
- Accommodation for two/one nights, including breakfasts
- Full access to SPA facilities of the SPA Hotel “Hissar”
- Welcome cocktail on 26 October 2016
- Coffee Breaks
- Lunch on 27 October 2016
- Conference dinner on 27 October 2016
The registration fee for accompanying persons covers:
- Accommodation for two/one nights, including breakfasts
- Full access to SPA facilities of the SPA Hotel “Hissar”
- Lunch on 27 October 2016
- Conference dinner on 27 October 2016

Please send a notifying e-mail when you have deposited your fee and all the information necessary for invoicing in connection with the payment of the registration fee on zoology50@gmail.com.
Original invoice for Registration fee and Certificate of Attendance will be handed over at arrival in Hissar.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Registration fee will be refunded if cancellation is received before 20 August 2016. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Please note that a processing fee of 100 BGN will be deducted from all refunds.
