Registration Fees
The registration fees for the Third International Conference on Zoology, Zoonoses and Epidemiology are detailed below.

The prices are in Bulgarian Leva (BGN); official exchange rate: 1 Euro=1.9558 BGN.
People, who wish to stay in the hotel only for one night, should arrive at the conference venue on time for registration on 22 October 2019.
Money transfers can be accepted until 31 July 2019. Payments at the conference registration desk are not admissible.
The registration fee covers:
- Admission to all sessions
- Conference materials
- Book of Abstracts
- Accommodation for two/one nights, including breakfasts
- Full access to SPA facilities of the SPA Hotel “Hissar”
- Welcome cocktail on 21 October 2019
- Coffee Breaks
- Lunch on 22 and 23 October 2019
- Conference dinner on 22 October 2019

Please send a notifying e-mail when you have deposited your fee and all the information necessary for invoicing in connection with the payment of the registration fee on zoology50@gmail.com. The invoice will be issued within 3 working days of the transfer of the fee.
Original invoice for Registration fee and Certificate of Attendance will be handed over at arrival in Hissar.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Registration fee will be refunded if cancellation is received before 20 August 2019. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Please note that a processing fee of 100 BGN will be deducted from all refunds.
